COMMENTS
Beautiful bright yellow color with green reflections. Complex nose made of citrus fruits, white flowers and hazelnuts, enhanced by a fine and discreet woodiness. Opulent in the mouth, the attack reveals itself on the substance then lengthens on a fruity and pure matter.
THE ESTATE AND THE WINE
· Area : 4 ha - Planting density: 5500 plants/ha - Average age of the vines: 20 years
· Terroir : stony at the top of the hill on which the estate is located, clay and gravel on the slopes.
Grape varieties : 60% Sauvignon Blanc, 40% Semillion harvested between September 1er and September 15, 2019
· Vinification : Cold skin maceration for 24 hours, aged in wood on fine lees for 6 months with stirring.
· Production : 10,000 bottles
